Opera users can now send CryptoKitties and other cryptovalble-based collectible objects to their friends using the Ethereum portfolio embedded in the browser.
The Norwegian software company, whose controlling shareholder is Bitcoin, bitcoin giant, announced on Friday added support for a "curated list" of Ethereum-based tokens built to the ERC-721 standard.

The portfolio has already supported both the token eter and ERC-20 and users will now be able to hold ether-based collectables from decentralized applications (dApps) such as CryptoKitties, which allows players to buy, sell and breed gat you digital unique.
While MetaMask and other Ethereum-based portfolios already offer similar functionality. Opera notes that it is the first traditional Web browser to have a native cryptocurrency portfolio that makes this feature available.
To create a wallet, users will need to download Android version of the Opera browser, which is still in private beta but is still widely accessible through an opt-in program. Private keys remain stored on the mobile device, but users can link their wallets to the company PC browser. This allows the user to initiate payments and interact with dApps on the PC, even if they have to sign all the transactions on their mobile device.
