Wonder if you’re in the habit of using the Octopus app? Octopus recently sent an email to inform customers that the Octopus app will launch a new version and renamed “Octopus Wallet” on the 24th of this month, but the settings and features will not change.
Octopus has sent an email to inform customers that as of November 24, 2020, the Octopus App will soon launch a new layout and will soon be renamed from “O! EPay” to “Octopus Wallet”. Octopus app users need not worry, because user account settings, balance and service functions will remain unchanged as specified in the email and the new version of Octopus app will be available for update of existing customers on November 24, 2020.
Octopus also thanked users for their support of the “O! EPay” service in the email and stated that if you have any questions about interface updates and name changes, you can contact them for follow-up.
