SEOUL – North Korea plans to hold an international conference on blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in Pyongyang in October, Radio Free Asia, based in the US, on Saturday 25 August.
The first international conference of the Korean Blockchain will be held in two days starting from October 1, according to the report according to the South Korean news agency Yonhap.
Yonhap, citing RFA, said the event will bring together leading experts from around the world and meet North Korean Officials on October 3
North Korea seems to want to show the his skills in these technologies, a security expert told RFA on condition of anonymity.
