NextHost Blockchain IOST is preparing for launch on Mainnet, now accepting Node applications

[ad_2][ad_1]

IOST, a new generation blockchain is preparing to compete with legacy networks like Ethereum and EOS with their Mainnet set to be launched in less than 50 days. With their innovative consensus mechanism, governance model and prize pooling across the network, IOST aims to achieve significant market share by offering a more decentralized version of EOS at speeds up to 400 times faster than Ethereum, 6000 TPS expected at launch on the mainnet.

The demand is expected to be high as IOST uses a new mechanism for sharing rewards and incentives for network nodes and users. IOST token holders are rewarded for betting and voting for nodes, and nodes benefit from block production rewards and a mechanism for sharing user commissions on the network. This means that suppliers of products and services such as Dapp's development teams, exchange service providers and wallets who manage a node can also generate significant revenue only for the acquisition of the user.

In a first sector, the launch of the network will be supported by an ERC-20 election for the initial nodes. Voters are highly incentivized to participate to ensure fairness and decentralization – the numbered and voted tokens will receive an annualized return of 25%. Because the maintenance and pointing tokens will be highly profitable, IOST expects an increase in demand in the launch phase of the Mainnet launch.

It is important to stress that the knot operation and the vote are extremely easy without technical hurdles to get involved. With the innovative IOST voting GUI, anyone can easily create a node or a mail and vote with their own tokens. By removing the technical participation barrier that is present on platforms such as Ethereum and EOS, IOST should see much more interest from random and non-technical encryption enthusiasts. As such, the turnout of voters should be high and nodes that can effectively collect votes to generate significant profits.

2019 is looking to be an exciting year for IOST with recent news from a Coinbase list, several high profile projects that leave EOS to join the IOST and multiple ecosystem The Dapp teams receive funding build on the IOST platform.

The questions are still open and IOST is encouraging interested parties to apply. IOST has released the manual of the IOST node which includes the complete details and the application procedure.

Recently, IOST has also released an explanatory video to offer new users a brief introduction to the network.
