“In addition to the increase in the salary account negotiated with the social partners, Migros companies are examining possible other services such as merchandise vouchers to recognize the great commitment of employees,” the business giant wrote in the statement. The result of the negotiations applies to employees who are subject to the Migros state collective bargaining agreement (L-GAV).
Bonus of 500 francs for the sales staff
In the current year, Migros has already used more than 30 million francs to compensate for wage gaps for employees affected by part-time work, as well as special bonuses for the enormous effort of employees in sales, production and logistics to maintain basic supplies during the blockade, he said.

Hotel plan not included
