The new stores will be installed in Porto, Guimarães, Vila Nova de Famalicão and Santa Maria da Feira. For these Mercadona has already opened job offers. The opening of the 17th space of the Spanish chain in the country was checked for Friday 30 October. The brand has announced that the space will only receive customers almost a week later than expected, starting on November 5th.

Campanhã, in Porto, Águeda, Aveiro, and Viana do Castelo are the headquarters of the next Mercadona supermarkets in Portugal, all to reach the goal of 20 seats and the tenth annual opening, according to the plan drawn up starting from the end of 2019. the country.
