Currently Asiana Airlines is in the credit management system. In September, when the acquisition agreement with HDC Hyundai Development Company was permanently canceled, the credit management system was changed.
Normalization of Asiana is difficult. We have already used 3.3 trillion won, backed by state-owned banks, and recently received an additional 240 billion won in key sector stabilization funds.
The industry considers that this transaction could be an alternative to each other as the needs of KDB and Hanjin Group, which have constantly sought the normalization of Asiana Airlines, are met.
