The Italian government has published its list of 30 high-level blockchain experts to facilitate its state-level technology integration, Cointelegraph Italy reported on December 27th.
The result of a four-month recruitment and consultation process, the group will work for free consulting authorities to create a "national strategy on distributed register and blockchain technologies".
The project was convened by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MSE).

The participants all come from Italy and are involved in predominantly domestic sectors. They include the commercial association co-founder of Assobit, Gian Luca Comandini, Italtel in charge of the marketing portfolio Angiolini Giorgio and Blockchain & Society Policy Lab of the Research Board member Marcella Atzori.
Italy has sought to extend its monitoring of cryptocurrency activities within its borders as well as associated phenomena such as blockchain.
The authorities have issued more warnings against illegitimate actors in this month's crypt, warning the public to exercise caution.
Italy was also one of seven EU member states that signed a statement to promote the use of blockchain at the start of this month.
