Andraha Pradesh driving the way to India
Andraha Pradesh has already used blockchain technology to keep track of land records and vehicle titles. In many ways this puts them far ahead of most Western jurisdictions, where the interaction of the government with the blockchain has so far been "studied", regulated or pursued, without any real beneficial integration occurring at the administrative level.
Other potential government-level uses, such as high-level partnerships like this make it even more possible, are things like voting, accountability tools like civil service complaints and anonymisation to protect whistleblowers and distribution.
