According to the travel industry on the 15th, Hana Tour announced on the 13th that it will extend unpaid leave for all employees for four months from next month to March next year.
Hana Tour said: “Among the 2,300 employees, we are already taking unpaid leave, except for the requested 300, and we have decided to extend the unpaid leave this month after the end of the government support fund to maintain the occupation”.
Hana Tour went on paid leave this past March-May when sales dropped sharply in the aftermath of Corona 19 and has taken unpaid leave since June excluding essential staff.
Until this month, the government subsidy for maintaining employment allows employees to receive 50% of their base salary, but from next month they will not be able to receive any salary.
