Firefox 83 will automatically load HTTPS versions of web pages first

Mozilla previously released Firefox 83. One of the most important improvements is the addition of a browsing mode limited to HTTPS. After entering the privacy and security menu and turning it on, as long as the web page supports it, the browser will automatically load the HTTPS version of the page first (it doesn’t matter if the URL you entered is HTTP or if you clicked on the HTTP link). When encountering a non-HTTPS web page, FF will display a warning informing you of the security risk and load the page after it has been determined that the user wishes to continue. For some HTTP elements that cannot be loaded normally in HTTPS restricted mode, FF will also provide the temporary manual loading option.

In addition to security enhancements, Firefox 83 users can also use the touch screen of Windows devices and the touchpad of Mac computers to zoom. When using the picture in picture function of the browser, you can use the arrow keys to fast forward or rewind. Also, thanks to the update of the JavaScript engine, the new version of FF claims that it can increase the loading speed by up to 15% by using 8% less memory than the old version.
