- Friday 5.2.2021, Budget Release for 2020
- Friday 7.5.2021, financial review for January-March 2021
- Friday 13.8.2021, Half-year report January-June 2021
- Friday 5.11.2021, financial review for January-September 2021
The annual report for 2020 will be posted on Martela’s website during week 10.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 18 March 2021 at 3pm
The Board of Directors will call the meeting at a later date. A Shareholder wishing to include an issue on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting must submit such request in writing by 15 January 2021 to Martela Oyj, Board of Directors, PO Box 44, 00371 Helsinki, Finland.
Financial information will be published in Finnish and English on the company’s website.
