The British cryptocurrency and the fiat eToro trading platform announced the release of its cryptocurrency portfolio today, on 6 November, with the initial support of four cryptoassets.
EToro, which last month became the first platform to offer fiat exchange trading in cryptocurrencies, Binance Coin (BNB), Binance's in-house binomial, promises to add additional features to the product after the initial release.
"The eToro wallet today is just beginning and we will add a whole host of additional features that will include support for additional cryptographic and fiat tokens, conversion from cryptography to cryptography, the ability to deposit fiat, in-store payment and more yet "CEO Yoni Hesse commented in the press release.
The portfolio will initially provide support for Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC).
EToro currently supports fourteen total cryptographic currencies on its platform, adding that even the range covered by the cryptographic portfolio will grow as part of its "phased" implementation.
