Coinbase Wallet, a subsidiary of the main Coinbase cryptocurrency exchange, has announced support for Ethereum Classic.
The news was announced by the company in an official blog post which states that the wallet app will be updated in the coming days.

The announcement states:
"With this asset launch, Coinbase Wallet now supports Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC) and all 100,000 ERC20 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain. "
Also, according to the official post, for the existing Coinbase wallet – "The ETC address will be the same as [the] current Ethereum address (ETH), then any ETC sent [the] The ETH address of Coinbase Wallet in the past will be displayed after the update. "
