Dr Abdel Moneim Al-Sayed pointed out that the plans call for regional and international powers to control these resources, adding, “Turkey is seeking to explore gas in Libyan regional waters to try to influence and control Libyan oil and gas sites. to increase income and achieve a more powerful economy in the center of the world “.
