The CSIRO research vessel, Investigator, has captured the vision of a meteor crashing into the ocean off the southern coast of Tasmania. The meteor was filmed at 9:21 pm AEDT on Nov 18 on 24/7 streaming camera. The ship is currently mapping the ocean floor 100km south of Tasmania near Huon Marine Park
