Crypto Exchange Coss increases XRP, adds the second largest cryptocurrency as a base pair

The Coss.io cryptocurrency exchange gave a big boost to XRP, listing the digital asset as a base pair.

The Singapore-based exchange combined XRP with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Litecoin, NEO, Dash, OmiseGo, Ark, Gemini Dollar, TrueUSD and USD.

The Ripple and XRP community pushed hard for the addition of XRP as a base pair on all cryptocurrency exchanges, particularly Binance. They argue that the change would further remove the overcoins from the price fluctuations of Bitcoin and offer operators a way to use the speed of XRP to shift the value between exchanges.

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao recently tweeted the request, asking the faithful Ripple to convince him that he should expand XRP's presence on the main cryptocurrency exchange.

The tweet was one of the most popular ever sent by Zhao's Twitter account, earning more than 7,600 likes and 3,126 retweets.
