The NHS is just one of the two things that keep Britain together as a community. The second is the BBC. During Covid-19 these two national treasures became our driving force. Blacks have been an integral part of the NHS since the 1940s. I am very proud to say that my mother worked for the NHS for more than 35 years before retiring. These institutions are worth fighting for.
