BIRMINGHAM, England (Reuters) – A solution to provide frictionless trade across the Irish border after Britain left the EU could be found using technologies like Blockchain, Finance Minister Phillip Hammond said on Monday

"There's technology available (…) I do not pretend to be an expert on it, but the most obvious technology is blockchain," Hammond told the question about how the government could get regular business after Brexit .
