A full beaver moon will appear that day and you won’t want to miss it!
The full beaver moon will peak around 09:30 GMT, but will appear full by this weekend, according to NASA.
He explained: “The Moon will appear full for about three days at this time, from Saturday evening to Tuesday morning.
“The Moon will be close enough to the opposite of the Sun to pass through the Earth’s partial shadow, with 83 percent of the Moon in partial shadow at 4:44 AM, the peak of the eclipse.

This particular full moon is known by several names, including Beaver Moon, Frost Moon, and Oak Moon.
NASA explained: “Based on the season, like the last full moon of fall, the Algonquin tribes of what is now the northern and eastern United States called this Moon the Cold Moon, due to the long, cold nights.

“Other names were Frost Moon or Winter Moon, for frosts as winter approaches. Going by month, this would be the Beaver Moon and the full moon after the next would be the Cold Moon. “
If you miss this month’s full moon, the good news is that there is another full moon in 2020.
The Cold Full Moon will take off on December 29th.
