Twelve teams from the Asian Soccer Confederation will participate in the Arab Cup: Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
Among the African Confederation teams participating in the Arab Cup are Sudan, Algeria, Morocco, Somalia, Tunisia, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Mauritania and Libya.
