The Administration of the Government Excellence Award in Dubai has announced the selection of the Governor, Major General Staff Harb Adel Ghadhban, Governor of Port Said, as the best Governor of the Arab world under the Government Excellence Award Arabic.
The award is sponsored by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
The award is the first of its kind and the largest in the Arab world in the field of administrative development and governmental institutional excellence, comprising 15 awards distributed in two categories for individuals and institutions.
