Winter leads to dry skin, so with the advent of cold weather it is important to take care of the skin.Vitamin E oil is commonly used in cosmetics to ward off dry skin, but it is usually surrounded by other synthetic ingredients and substances chemical.
There are many foods that contain Vitamin E, which helps protect the skin from common skin problems and dehydration.
1- Almonds:
Health experts suggest soaking up to 5 almonds overnight and eating them in the morning after peeling the skin.
2- Peanuts:
A popular snack, besides the fact that the roast contains vitamin E, it is best to make sure that you buy regular dry roasted peanuts rather than those that contain additional salt and flavorings.

A versatile fruit that contains very little sugar and many nutrients, as well as containing Vitamin EG, making it a healthy addition to many meals.
4- sunflower seeds:
An excellent snack, these tiny seeds contain a lot of vitamin E and you can simply sprinkle these seeds on oatmeal, cereals, cakes and other meals.
5- butternut squash:
Butternut squash is a delicious vegetable common in many fall and winter dishes, and in addition to containing vitamin E, it also contains many vitamins and other nutrients.
