Delive has been on sale for several years, but hasn’t been able to close the price disagreement with the original buyer. For this reason, the merger and acquisition attempts were defeated.
In the second half of last year, Delive subscribers were about 2 million, or 5.98% of the market share. When KT acquires Delive, its market share in the pay broadcasting market, including affiliates, will rise to 41.45%.
