The Xbox Game Bar error 0x803F8001 is the result of a server-side change made on November 5th and continues to influence users around the world. The exact cause is unclear and only affects users of Windows 10 on version 1809 or later. Also, only some users get the above error.
Unfortunately, there is no simple solution for those who cannot log in due to error code 0x803F8001. As we have already indicated this is a server bug that affects some users.
