Nowadays, the company supports 246 farmers and more than 3,500 breeders buying fruit and milk in different regions of the country.
Further, for over 20 years he has worked with 260 female heads of households, which sell the crops of strawberries, blackberries and berries. Over the years, Alpina has supported farmers ‘and breeders’ associations and, in this way, the Colombian company has contributed to the progress of hundreds of families and has come closer to its commitment to be ever more sustainable.
For its part, Del Alba, a company of Valle del Cauca origin that was born in 1980 and specializes in segment of nuts and healthy snacks, is growing and consolidating its promise of value by offering healthy and natural products with added value for the Colombian consumer.
Currently, Del Alba has nut crops throughout the coffee region and has 213 employees who work every day to offer products with high nutritional value. One of its main products is the 100% Colombian macadamia, a nut that is harvested in Circasia (Quindío) and which is what today allows it to consolidate an alliance with Alpina.
What is the alliance?
With the aim of continuing to contribute to the development of local suppliers, promote local trade and provide new alternatives to Colombians, Alpina and Del Alba come together to launch a unique product on the market: Macadamia Greek Yogurt. This reflects the synergy between the two companies, which not only want to provide delicious and nutritious alternatives, but also seek to develop an increasingly sustainable country.

Both companies assure that today it is Greek macadamia yogurt, but there may be more products working together in the future. With this version, Alpina and Del Alba reaffirm their commitment a good practices in the field and they have taken the first steps of a promising relationship for the country.
Macadamia Greek Yogurt stands out for its creaminess and its double protein to strengthen the muscles of the body. The glass has 150 grams of product and can be found on the market at a cost of 3,400 pesos.
