Joe Lubin talks about Web 3.0, Consensys, Ethereum, Killer Ecosystems and More on Devcon4

ConsenSys has recently summarized his address of founder Joe Lubin at the Devcon4 event in Prague.

Famous as his "Killer Ecosystem", Lubin talks about Vitalik Buterin, web 3, interoperability in blockchains, DApps and more.

On Ethereum and Buterin

Speaking of the founder of Ethereum Vitalik Buterin, Lubin said that his leadership is "leadership doing and example, never from fiat".

He said that Buterin remained silent on several issues because he believes his words can be weighed by the community.

He also noted that the founder of Ethereum worked constantly to make the project more open and empower more people.

On the Ethereum ecosystem, Lubin said that the Ethereum blockchain is currently undergoing "built by the builders, largely for the builders"Adding that Ethereum is forging standards in the blockchain community.

Web 3.0, what are the Killer apps?

He said that file sharing platforms would be the first killer app in the decentralization industry, followed by cryptocurrencies that can be used as a way to store or transfer value across the world.

He said that decentralization is "the organizing principle of the killer"That will introduce the world in the Web 3.0.

Interoperability and Web 3

Lubin then spoke of Ethereum as a killer ecosystem of the decentralized World Wide Web or Web 3.

The Internet of the future will consist of decentralized protocols for intelligent software, heavy computing, position testing, tokenization, identity, reputation, legally binding agreements and more.

He also said that the enclosed garden approaches to blockchains would end up with interoperable blockchains.

Going further, Lubin said they are just starting to conceptualize what a decentralized company may be. He said that ConsenSys Mesh is a hybrid organization in its own right that keeps the elements of the legacy world in some divisions.

He also announced a new ConsenSys grant program that will present a new $ 500,000 fund to various projects that contribute to the growth of the infrastructure level of Ethereum.
