As for an announcement made via Twitter yesterday, SBI Holdings has just announced that its cryptocurrency exchange 'VCTRADE' will now be accepting XRP, Bitcoin and Ethereum deposits from its customers. The feature has already been live and can be used by any customer who is currently subscribed to the platform.

The announcement made by the firm (in Japanese) roughly translates to the following:

About VCTRADE

From those who may not be aware, VCTRADE is a relatively new cryptocurrency platform that has been designed by banking consortium 'SBI Holdings'. The entity was launched earlier this year in June amidst Ripple's XRP coin offering.

However, just a couple of months later, the exchange started accepting public registrations as well. VCTRADE went on to remove its upper age limit (70 years) registration criteria as well.
