The Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is working to launch the so-called Bakkt platform that promises to bring new institutional and traditional investors. The launch of this platform was planned for December 2018. However, Kelly Loeffler, Bakkt's CEO, published a blog post in which he announced that Bakkt's launch date has been moved for January 24, 2019.
In this situation, the Tron community asks Bakkt to add support for other digital resources such as TRX.
A few days ago, Bakkt tweeted,
Question: We have been asked if we will add other digital currencies
Answer: we will consider further contracts as the landscape evolves and receiving further feedback from customers on what they want and need
– Bakkt (@Bakkt) November 23, 2018
This generated excitement among the Tron community, which is very active in social media. Misha Lederman, the co-founder of IAmDecentralized, has uploaded a letter that the Tron Community sends to Bakkt.

He then mentioned that community members can download the letter and send it to Bakkt's e-mail to consider adding TRX support. The letter is very clear and explains what Tron is, for what Tron can be used and a general overview about it.
The letter concludes that Tron has been able to outperform several virtual currencies in the market in the last few months after the launch of their mainnet. In addition, they say that Bakkt's customers will benefit from this announcement.
The letter reads as follows:
"Therefore, the addition of TRON to the Bakkt platform would benefit Bakkt's customers as they will be able to buy, sell, exchange, store and spend one of the most promising global digital assets and thus be part of the most ambitious until today. "
At the time of writing this article, Tron is one of the largest virtual currencies in the market, although during the last hours it suffered a sharp fall like the rest of the market. Tron has a market capitalization of $ 767 million and each currency can be purchased for $ 0.0116 dollars.
