Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Three countries in the Gulf region were among the top 10 countries in the “Speed Test” global internet speed index around the world this month.
According to the report, Qatar ranked first in the Arab world and second in the world in April, based on download speed in internet services on the cellular network, where internet speeds reached 84.81 megabytes per second.
The UAE also ranked second in the Arab world and fourth in the world, with internet speeds of 78.56 megabytes per second, followed by Saudi Arabia in third place in the Arab world and tenth in the world, with a download speed of 55.71 megabytes per second.
The Speed Test Index publishes a monthly report that ranks fixed and cellular Internet bandwidths around the world.
