-What are the conditions for good stocks?
= If you want to choose high quality stocks, you should avoid companies with low majority shareholders. If the majority shareholder loves our company, we will increase the stake in our company. There are times when the majority shareholder sells shares. It’s a biological stock, but the co-chair suddenly resigns and sells all the shares. It is said that it was sold to make a call center, but there is no point in setting up a call center as such a large biologic drug develops. You should avoid places where large shareholders sell shares this way.
= However, Naver has a low payout rate for its major shareholders. In this way it is good to combine the share of the largest shareholders and the share of foreigners. It is advisable to look at the best companies in the nation with a low share of majority shareholders, national pension and foreign ownership.

= It is difficult because it is difficult to know when to sell stocks. If you buy a property once, you will see capital gains if you live 30 and 40, but it’s hard to know when to sell stock.
