Ho-jin Jeong, who was promoted to executive director for helping to expand national sales of consumer electronics, is 49 years old. There are many new executives in their forties, including Minwoo Kim (42), Senior Vice President of Sales Innovation Group in the Wireless Business Division, and Kangho Roh (41), Senior Vice President, Software (SW) Development Team, Memory Division.

Yun-kyung Lee, Senior Vice President of Samsung Research’s Data Analysis Lab, is 41 years old and the youngest of the successful executives. Mi-Young Yoo, Senior Vice President of Software (SW) Development Group, Household Appliances Division, is a leading woman in appliance software, who has led product innovation through differentiated software development such as the development of the Big AI washing machine and the application of voice recognition in household appliances. Mr. Yoo received the title of first female software executive from Samsung Electronics.
Seishu Arai, Senior Vice President of Japan Sales Team, DS (Device Solution) Division, was honored for his contribution to optimizing semiconductor sales in Japan based on network and sales power with large Japanese customers. At 52, Arai is the oldest of the new executives.
Samsung Electronics also named one fellowship and 16 master’s degrees as top R&D experts, representing the company’s technology. Bo-Eon Yoon, a member of the process development department of the Semiconductor Research Center, is a world-renowned technical authority in the next generation semiconductor chemical machinery (CMP) polishing process, equipment and materials and is assessed to improve the competitiveness of semiconductor products by solving the challenges related to CMP.
