You better stay away from the house of Nathanos Summoner of Curse!

Nathanos Pestrufer is a grumpy old white-gray man who doesn’t like it when someone enters his house without permission. Players feel this quickly and painfully when they visit him at his estate in the Eastern Plaguelands. We can currently find him there as part of the Shadowlands pre-event and have him atone for his exploits in Battle for Azeroth. But anyone who climbs to the roof of their house or dares to enter the upstairs bedroom will bite the grass faster than the house peace book can tell.

Since reddit user pursu777 has had to learn the hard way, Nathanos Pestrufer doesn’t find it funny at all when someone climbs his roof tiles. A short clip of the player shows how the banshee queen’s right hand shoots an arrow at pursu777, which shoots him several hundred meters into the air and eventually lands him fatally and brutally:

Wowhead’s editorial team suspects the developers wanted to prevent players from attacking them with remote spells from the roof at a safe distance from Nathanos’ attacks, but it appears they missed a bit (hrhr).

Obviously Nathanos no longer likes it when you walk into his house or bedroom. As a photo from ZerinaGaming shows, the upstairs bedroom is apparently close enough to the roof of the house to trigger the same effect as pursu777. Too bad: the arrows that Nathanos shoots you hit you through the walls of the house, but you hit them yourself. As a result, the villain focuses his attacks on you until he has pinned you to the wall like a lifeless mass with his arrows.

So you see: when you face Nathanos, you’d better stay away from his home. Otherwise you are threatened with quick and inevitable death on the screen.
