XPG, a supplier of systems, components and peripherals for gamers, announces the launch of the XPG VENTO Pro 120 PWM PC Fan. It is designed in collaboration with Nidec and customized for gamers who want the best cooling for their computer.
VENTO Pro 120 PWM is based on Nidec’s Star Gentle Typhoon fan design. Its static pressure is increased to 3.15mm H₂O and it can absorb an airflow of up to 75 CFM into the frame, ideally complementing water cooling systems. Masayuki Mohri, President and CEO of Nidec, said:
“Congratulations to XPG for launching VENTO PRO 120 PWM. We are delighted that our fan design is part of it. “
XPG VENTO Pro 12 PWM also includes a 4-pin connector that supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). It is used to adjust the fan speed in the motherboard software for a smooth speed transition. For modding, multiple VENTO Pro 120 PWNs can be connected so that they work as a single unit.
The fan is equipped with high-precision double bearings, which allow it to withstand heavy loads and withstand high temperatures. The bearings also ensure quiet operation. At the same time, the fan propeller is designed to significantly reduce its noise. We also have anti-vibration rubber pads that further attenuate noise to 28 dBA when spinning with a maximum speed of 2150 rpm. The fan motor uses a double vibration reduction structure and a spring mechanism that dampens and reduces vibrations.
The fan has a Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) rating of 250,000 hours at 25℃ or 60,000 hours at 60 ℃. It is ideal for compact constructions with higher internal temperatures. In addition, XPG VENTO 120 Pro PWM comes with a 5 year warranty.
