The controversy between WWE and Twitch has caused a lot of ink to flow and due to the policies of the company of Vince McMahon, who had opposed his fighters being able to do the flows on the platform, this past Friday we had Zelina Vega fired from the company.
However, WWE may have a Twitch channel in the future with the flows of fighters to broadcast, instead of performing the flows on your personal channels.
This Friday, on the WWE corporate website, the company posted a job posting to hire a motion graphics designer to work specifically on Twitch.
In the mandatory requirements for this position, it is noted that WWE wants someone who makes Twitch-optimized content and works with the producers of the videos and also who works daily with the producers of the company’s social networks.
WWE, in wanting to hire someone who works specifically on Twitch, seems to indicate that sooner or later we will have the various WWE Superstars that will broadcast their the flows through a WWE channel and not through your channels.
Did you expect this to be WWE’s solution to the Twitch controversy or did you believe that the company would simply ban its Superstars from being on the platform?
