Alternatives to the telecommunications agreement
In the two alternative offers you don’t get a Telekom network, but more speed (Vodafone) as well as more LTE speeds and more data volume (O2) for the same price. Here is the brief overview:

Mobilcom-debitel is the contractual partner for LTE green tariffs, while O2 Free M is a network operator contract directly from Telefónica. All offers carry a one-time connection fee of 39.99 euros. There are no shipping costs.

The S20 takes care of price control
Let’s add up all the prices: 24-month start-up fee of 29.99 euros, one-off price 79 euros and connection fee of 39.99 euros. With all three rates, the final result and, according to Adam Riese, is € 838.75 over the two years. If we take against the current prices of Galaxy S20 FE (499 euros) and PlayStation 4 Pro 1 TB (330 euros), about 9 euros remain. This is not 50 cents a month for the respective contract, if we calculate it up to the actual price which is gladly accepted.
