Half the time. You will no longer suffer from sending improper audio! The WhatsApp messaging app is working to introduce a new feature that will allow users to mute videos before sending them to their contacts, as well as new background features so that you can customize each of the chats.
The new WhatsApp alternative will be called ‘Mute video’, with which users will be able to remove the audio from their videos before sending them to a contact in case they say something they don’t want to share.
This new feature is still under development and should be available in a future update, as reported by the WABetaInfo portal.
Similarly, WhatsApp is working on new wallpaper-related features with which users can configure a different wallpaper for each chat and can change the opacity of the wallpaper.
Users will also be able to choose from 32 new bright wallpapers, 29 dark wallpapers, a custom wallpaper and solid colors.
WhatsApp has launched these features in its beta for Android operating systems and an update for the web version and stable versions will be available soon, according to WABetaInfo.
