Why some women have trouble having an orgasm

[ad_1]

Half of French women would have difficulty reaching orgasm while this is the case for only 6% of their partner. This is what can cause some women not to access it or make them feel guilty if they can’t.

What can block access to orgasm?

Being worried, having intrusive or negative thoughts, not being able to psychologically relax and being in the present moment are very important causes mentioned by women having a hard time coming. Being able to focus on your own pleasure and that of your partner is not always easy in a busy everyday life overwhelmed by a significant mental load.

Another often cited cause is a lack of self-esteem. Having a bad image of your body with physical complexes, or doubting your abilities and underestimating yourself towards your partner, also causes difficulties in reaching orgasm.

How’s the female orgasm going?

The female orgasm is the result of a real interaction between bodily stimuli (visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile) and imagined images from the brain. It generally evolves in four phases (varying from one woman and one relationship to another): an arousal phase, a pleasure phase, an orgasm phase, and a relaxation phase.

The conditions for female enjoyment are therefore the desire to have a sexual relationship with one’s partner, or even, without shame or guilt and being able to spend this moment in full awareness, without pressure or desire to do it to please the other. To help yourself, don’t hesitate to use fantasies or bodily stimulations, get in shape and talk about your desires to your partner.
