The instant messaging platform WhatsApp is conducting tests for a new feature that is sure to make many users happy within the application, it is the search engine for stickers, which initially works for the iOS version of the operating system.

The update, said the specialized portal WABetainfo, is being tested in version 2.20.130.19. and in the beginning it is for adhesives already installed on the platform.

The search engine will be integrated into the stickers section of each of the chats at the bottom left via the magnifying glass icon. The person just needs to click on the magnifying glass and they will see the search bar at the top of the section where they can write a word that helps identify the sticker.

Another option that will be included in the feature is that of different categories, which will group the different stickers, including the alternatives of happiness, love, sadness, anger, among others.

The new feature is being tested, but is expected to be available to all Apple computer users soon. This will also be available on the WhatsApp Business platform.

On the other hand, in early November, WhatsApp eliminated the option of messages that self-destruct after a while. This option is for both group and individual chats.

This feature allows the person to call the chat the “Missing messages” option and new communications received will be automatically deleted after a period of seven days, even if the person has not read them.
