This is former Captain James Hewitt, now 62, the man who has long been speculated to be Prince Harry’s real father. The former cavalry officer has been expensive in recent years, after suffering a fatal heart attack in 2017.
Although the doctors were by no means confident in his recovery, Hewitt managed to overcome that episode and is in a satisfactory state of health today, even though he is much weaker than in his youth.
At least that’s what yesterday’s photos of Diana’s former lover suggest, in which Hewitt appears on a stroll through the streets of Exeter, where he lives with his mother.
