Less than a month after launch, the game had its first 30 minutes of play today.
Twin Mirror will be released on December 1st for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms. It will also be compatible with PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X.
In this psychological thriller, players will take on the role of Sam Higgs in an investigation into the mysteries surrounding his hometown and its inhabitants. Over the years, this former investigative journalist has developed multiple analytical skills that are represented in the game by the Palace of Mind, a place where players will discover various aspects of Sam’s personality.
Thanks to the unique game mechanics of Twin Mirror, players will be able to revisit Sam’s past and witness his memories in flashback sequences, creating simulations of multiple scenarios to infer the course of events or predict key turning points in the story.
During the journey, players will face drastic choices that will directly affect the way events unfold. Who should listen? Who should you trust? Faced with their doubts, which voice will decide to pursue Sam in his search for the truth? Some of these decisions will have a huge impact on the plot …
