1 December (UPI) – Natalie Portman appeared Jimmy Kimmel Live and discussed preparing to film Marvel Thor: love and thunder and the impressive form his co-star Chris Hemsworth is in.
Kimmel showed Portman on Monday a recent shirtless photo of Hemsworth training by lifting a giant tire. Portman is currently in Australia and is also training for the superhero epic.
“It’s otherworldly,” Portman said of Hemsworth’s muscles before teasing the actor’s lack of tan.
“I’m so upset at what muscles do and how they become like that. I was like the blood drains from you when you use the muscles because it looks so white, doesn’t it? But I feel like it’s a t-shirt,” he continued. the actress talking about Hemsworth’s fair skin.
Portman suggested that Hemsworth get a spray tan to help with muscle images.
“He looks good, there’s a lot of pressure. I’ll look like his granny next to him,” she said.
Thor: love and thunder, by director Taika Waititi, will be released in theaters on February 11, 2022. Portman’s character Jane Foster will acquire superpowers in the sequel and become The Mighty Thor.
