Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios today announced Mortal Kombat 11 Pro Competition: Season 2, the return of Mortal Kombat 11’s global esports program, the best-selling title in the history of the series and from which to date over 8 million units have been sold all over the world. The next season starts on December 5th and includes only one online format where all available games are played exclusively on PlayStation 4 via the PS4 tournament feature. Mortal Kombat 11 Pro Competition: Season 2 offers fighters of all skill levels the opportunity to compete online in three different regional championships, each representing North America, Latin America, Europe, Oceania and the Middle East, for a total prize pool of $ 60,000. Each league is divided by region and includes eight separate regular online seasonal events for players where they can earn “Pro Competition” points, which they need for the corresponding regional final match, which yields one winner per league. Players will also be able to use fighters from the recent Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, including Mileena, Rain and Rambo.

Mortal Kombat 11 Pro Competition: Season 2 Global Championships include:
- North American League – Eastern North America and Western North America
- InterContinental Kombat – Europe, the Middle East and Oceania
- Latin League – Brazil, Mexico, Northern Latin America and Southern Latin America
