ViewSonic launches two new validated Pantone monitors

ViewSonic launches two new validated Pantone monitors. These are two models in the ColorPro VP68A range: VP2768a (27 “) and VP2468a (24”). Both provide high-fidelity color rendering by default, display modes for users with dyschromatopsia, and multi-role USB-C connectivity.

Pantone is basically the standard color language. It plays a very important role in guiding designers, manufacturers and brands, who must make the right decisions every day.

The VP68a range has been verified and optimized at the factory with its own color tests. Meanwhile, VP2768a and VP2468a have been evaluated by Pantone, receiving validation after passing all 2161 Pantone reference color rendering tests.

They provide users with two unique playback modes:
– simulation of dyschromatopsia
– filtration of dyschromatopsia.

These options help content creators and end users. Therefore, it allows some to see what their masterpiece would look like from the perspective of a person who does not perceive colors correctly. Allows others to better see the details on the screen.

Thanks to the multi-role USB-C connection and multiple connectivity options, the VP68a monitors can provide both video and audio playback. Power is provided up to 90W, which allows users to charge laptops and phones.

The USB-C multi-role solution, designed primarily for businesses and design studios, includes Ethernet connectivity, thus providing a more stable wired connection than the wireless alternative.
