The president’s health adviser added in a message to the Egyptians, saying: “I have warned the Egyptians that the vaccine until it reaches Egypt, we have months in advance and precautionary measures are indispensable.”

Dr Muhammad Awad Taj al-Din explained that the vaccine’s claimed efficacy rates do not mean preventing infection, but rather the vaccine’s efficacy in forming immune bodies.

Yesterday, Thursday, the Ministry of Health and Population announced that 143 Corona virus healers had been discharged from hospitals, after receiving the necessary medical treatment and recovery according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization, bringing the total of recovered from the virus to 101,564 cases to date.
