Update on CoD: Warzone – This happens after the launch of CoD: Black Ops Cold War

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be released on November 13th. But what happens to the free branch of Battle Royale Call of Duty: Warzone, which emerged from the direct predecessor Call of Duty: Modern Warfare? Activision has now explained the further plans in more detail.

CoD: Warzone supports Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War

In short, with the start of Black Ops Cold War season 1 on December 10, Warzone will receive an update and will support both Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War in the future. Since release, publisher Activision promises many new features, including Black Ops Cold War content in the battle royale shooter. So the three worlds Warzone, Modern Warfare, and Black Ops Cold War must be merged, so that players can level up their progress and experience points in all three worlds simultaneously. Operators and skins that players unlock in Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War can bring them to Verdansk (Warzone map).

In addition, players will be able to use the largest arsenal of Call of Duty. All weapons from Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War will therefore also be available in Warzone. The Battle Pass system will also continue. This means that all updates and content that will be added after release will be visible in all three titles.
