Samsung released its official Android 11 update roadmap today, confirming that Galaxy S20 series phones will begin receiving the stable One UI 3.0 update this month (via TizenHelp). The list of Galaxy smartphones and tablets eligible for One UI 3.0 includes more than 40 devices, including some entry-level and budget phones. The Galaxy S20 FE, which is one of the best Android phones Samsung has released this year, surprisingly doesn’t appear on the list.

The Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra will be the only Samsung phones to receive the One UI 3.0 update later this year. Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 phones will receive the One UI 3.0 update based on Android 11 in January. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that the One UI 3.0 update roadmap has so far only been released for Egypt. The launch schedule may vary for other markets.
