According to new complaints from Microsoft’s support forums in the US, the American company’s new Xbox Series X game console comes to a halt under certain circumstances.
It’s annoying when you buy a new game and then the servers crash or it’s unstable which makes the game impossible. However, in the case of Microsoft’s new Xbox Series X device in the US, it’s not the games that are affected, but the console itself.
In a series of posts on Microsoft’s support forums in the United States, some Xbox Series X owners claim that their consoles are randomly shut down.
They claim that when it tries to load a game, while it is loading, the Xbox device turns off. Players have tried installing the game by performing factory resets, but to no avail.
However, a common thread seems to point to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and the latest Call of Duty as game productions that led to the shutdown of the Microsoft console.
Previous generation Xbox games seem not to cause this problem. Some have indicated that perhaps the fault lies with the location of the Microsoft Series X Xbox console in the United States.
If it is placed on a carpet, it can overheat and close due to this. Or perhaps the company’s console in the US was damaged during shipping.
However, Microsoft hasn’t commented on the random shutdown of its device. If you have ordered Xbox Series X, we recommend that you consider this issue as much as possible. What do you think about this? Do you think the Microsoft game console error is software or hardware?
