When the frogs cover Modern Talking and the aliens sing Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” (27), “The Masked Singer” is back on the air. In the new ProSieben episode, the eternal show intern Elton (49) was allowed to sit alongside Sonja Zietlow (52) and Bülent Ceylan (44) as a guest judge. The latter in particular showed a talented detective with a bloated notebook worthy of a Sherlock Holmes. In the end, however, not only did his nose correctly smell who was behind the excreted frog.
Three candidates had to tremble and therefore have two auditions. The hippo and the cat despite an outstanding vocal performance, all three members of the jury agreed – and the frog. A great comic talent paired with a moderate voice: Clearly, Wigald “Die Doofen” Boning simply had to be behind the ambitious amphibian, Elton, Zietlow and Ceylan were absolutely certain.
