Valentin Mihailă’s transfer from Craiova University to AC Parma was one of the strongest moves made by a club in League 1 over the past five years. The Serie A team paid € 8.5m, but Giovanni Becali claims Parma spent almost double to secure the signing of the 20-year-old midfielder.
